Eat as much soup as you like.2nd Day Vegetable is a big part of 2nd day. You can eat all you want - fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice as much as you like along with your soup. Try to pile up on leafy dark vegetables while avoiding those dry beans, peas, and sweet corn. During supper, a big baked potato with butter for dinner. Eat as much soup as you like but no fruit for today.3rd Day Mix one and two: Incorporate the essentials found in the days one and two, but no baked potato. Eat as much vegetables and fruits that you want to on 3rd day together with your cabbage soup.4th Day You may have to eating a lot of bananas on this day. Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you can on this day, eating it together with your cabbage soup. The 4th day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets5th Day Start including a large tin or up to six fresh tomatoes and between 10-20 ounces of beef (300-500 gram) with your cabbage soup.
